Individual delegate registration fee includes:

To accept a Resident or Student member registration, please send an official certificate by email to the Organizing Secretariat.

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Access to the exhibition (scientific sessions are not open to accompanying persons)
  • Access to the Opening Ceremony
  • Refreshment breaks
  • Name badge.
  • Congress card

Confirmation

Registration will be considered complete and valid upon reception of the full payment of fees.

An email will be sent to individual participants upon completion of the registration process. This confirmation must be presented at the registration desk on-site of the congress in order to receive the congress kit and access badge.

Individual registration cancellation policy

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in official writing by fax or email to the Organizing Secretariat - Fax +39 055 24621 or e-mail: simpar@promoleader.com

A cancellation fee of 70% from the final paid registration fee will be applicable for all cancellation requests received by January 15th, 2017. No refunds will be permitted after January 15th, 2017. All approved refunds will be processed after April 2017.

Group registrations

For group registrations of more than 10 participants please contact simpar@promoleader.com

Registration and modification policy

All individual and groups modifications and replacement requests must be submitted in official writing by fax or email to the Organizing Secretariat; An administrative fee of EUR 50,00 (VAT included)will be applicable for requests made after January 15th, 2017.

For replacement of delegate, a written permission from the original registered delegate will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.

Terms of payment

The following credit cards are accepted for on-line payment: VISA and Mastercard.
It is possible to pay via bank transfer, too.
